Crafted from salvaged stone found in Vermont, the fireplace is the living room's focal point. French doors open onto the expansive, wraparound deck. The Rossanos had initially wanted full, round logs but reconsidered after some pricey estimates. Real Log Homes suggested double-rounded, hand-peeled logs instead, and it was a perfect solution. "We like the range of log sizes in the house, which was enough to give us the rustic look we were looking for," Bryan says. |
