ON-SITE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE In addition to guiding you through the design and purchase of your log package, your Independent Representative will supply four hours of complimentary on-site technical assistance at your construction site. This assistance includes a quality assurance check that all specified package materials are present, shared instructions with the builder, a review of blueprints and the Construction Manual, and answers to any package assembly questions at the beginning of log construction.
