The Master Bathroom.
The master bathroom was enlarged by four feet from the original plan after an office was replaced with a master walk-in closet and a kitchen pantry. This allowed for a vanity to be added between the "his and her" sinks.
BUILDING BLOCKS:
Most builders and realtors will tell you that they never hear homeowners and prospective buyers ever say a house has too many closets. A young couple starting out or a retired couple may feel they don’t need a lot of closet space, but it’s a great resale value. Closet space may impact also your overall square footage — check with your architect or planner to see if closets are counted.
