The Slagas personalized their kitchen with mementos from their years living in Europe. The dishes on the wall were collected from restaurants in Italy where John and Gloria dined. “You try the delicious dishes from that area, and they give you a plate,” says Gloria. The rustic-hickory kitchen cabinets were made by a local Amish manufacturer. |
